Loading and unloading into the 12' garage will be simple with the zero gravity rear ramp door. Once your toys are secured with the 2,500 lb. tie downs provided and the ramp door is closed you can still access your things from the side cargo man door, or from inside the fifth wheel using the glass patio doors.
The cargo area features a twin bed loft that can overlook the main living and kitchen area of the unit. A 32" TV and stereo makes this space a lot of fun. There is also overhead storage on both sides of the cargo area along with a convenient half bath in the front portion. Create more seating and sleeping space with the Lay Flat Happi-Jac power bunk with sofas and table top below. This will provide sleeping and seating space for a few extra friends!
Step into the combined kitchen and living area through the glass patio door, or through the side main entry door. There are dual slides opposite one another that really help to open up the space. Along the front wall you will find a large wardrobe/closet for your clothing storage, and a second closet that has been prepped for a washer and dryer if you choose to add them.
